Astronomy is to be one of the most humiliating of all study participants. Just the thought of our universe to be like a grain of sand in a sand-beach of universes, is enough to give me the desire to under the blanket. Everything seems so huge, the understanding andBeyond. Where does it end? Is it possible to reach the end of the room? Astronomy will try to find those answers. Like any science, astronomy requires a lot more questions then it can respond to. But that’s part of what makes them so fascinating. Since the first adventurer was asked what next beyond the horizon, people have tried to expand their boundaries. Astronomy is the exploitation of this great tradition. There is a large enough horizon, and perhaps one that does not end? Who knows, only the astronomers of the future will be able to answer this question.

Astronomy begins at home

We did not go so far as to astronomy, to be really fascinating. Our own sun is friendly enough interesting things happen. Did you know that the sun travels at a speed of 12 miles per second. It is 720 miles per minute or 43.2 thousand miles per hour. It’s a good thing, it has a large gas tank huh? And it moves in the direction of the constellation Hercules. Best out of the way Herc! Another interesting tidbit astronomy here. I bet you thought that the sun was the hottest thing around. Well, not even close. The surface of the sun is warm, degreesfarenheit 10,000. But there is something here on Earth, which is three times hotter. Care to guess? Some people have even been touched by it, and lived to tell the story. Lightening is degreesfarenheit 30,000. Cool huh? The sun is still surprising. There are 92 natural elements of earth. You remember the periodic table of elements of high school science, these elements. Well, have identified two thirds of these elements in the sun. I do not know who checked, but they are there. And, scientists believe that the other third are most likely the sun too. Hard to believe, our planet was filled with water so closely linked to be this big ball of gas fires. Astronomy spins a pretty fascinating story.

Future worlds

As the adventurers who came before us and were willing to venture beyond their horizons. I think that stargazers will be our future boundary busters of today. This may take a while, as people walked on the moon. But it’s just a matter of time. Human nature is justdoesn’t enable us to what we have. We are always looking beyond. And astronomy is the construction of this map, and try to help break those limits today. This is not only fascinating to imagine where we go next, but important for our survival. We spend the resources of this planet at an alarming rate, and sooner before later going, things are running low. The planet will survive, of course, but we can not do. It’s time to go and another planet like Earth. Not just for the joy of discovery, but because we must.Soon. I hope we can do it smarter and more cautious. At the same time opens the way for future generations of astronomy and our follow.
